The Internet

I finally have the internet back and now I can get back to doing what I enjoy doing- writing in whatever form I so choose. In this case it is blogging. There have been a lot of changes that have occurred over the past 5 1/2 weeks. I am in a relationship now and it has already been suggested that I may need to change the title of my blog from "Dan Dates Again." I am open to suggertions if anyone has a good one (or even a bad one because I would still like to hear it). I am getting more settled into my new house and navigating around having a roommate but it has been a fairly smooth transition. My work transfer hasd gone fairly smoothly with a few hiccups here and there, but it is a better work environment and I am actually sleeping better at night. I am more relaxed and that allows me to focus better. I would like to believe that all of the changes I have made are for the better and I might finally be getting it right. Now I just need to get a second career up and running.

  1. I am so happy for you and April! Yes, in light of your present "coupledom (dumb?)"--sorry, no offence, April. Its just been way too long since I've been able to tease your boyfriend. Don't worry, I mean no harm. Hopefully, he'll let me get to know you so you can appreciate our quips. I might even be able to give you a few ideas--you know, girl to girl. I really wish you'd read my blog "happily single: confessions of a serial dater". This was supposed to be directed to Dan, but I have a feeling he'll listen to you more seriously than me. Tell him to stay happy, count his blessings and stop waiting for the catastrophe he's always convinced that's just around the corner. I have the feeling you understand self prophecy as well as what you put out there, The Universe will provide--literally (I wish I was rich means you'll spend your life wishing you were rich). I don't know why I'm explaining all this to you. Maybe so you know that I 'get it', too. I know you truly love Dan and he's been searching for you all of his life. He is a man of honor and integrity; truly the last Good Guy. He is one of my dearest friends and I hope you will be, too. Maybe the new title of his blog should be "April is my forever Spring".
